Owner Lynn Provencio was the full time web developer at the Institute of Public Law, part of the UNM Law School, for several years before launching Coyotech as a full time business in 2011. Coyotech was a part time home business devoted mainly to non-profit work for eight years previous to becoming a full time venture.
